1. General

After successful payment, the purchased product becomes available for download through the customer’s account. To access downloads, the customer must use the email address provided during checkout.
3. Licence and Use
Purchasing a digital product grants the customer the right to use it in accordance with the conditions stated in the description of the respective product.
If additional licence terms apply to a particular product, they will be stated on the relevant product page and form part of these Terms of Use.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchasing a product does not transfer copyright in the software to the customer.
Reselling, publishing or distributing purchased files to third parties without permission from the copyright holder is not permitted.
4. Prices and Payment
The current price of each product is displayed on the product page and during checkout.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
An order is considered paid after successful confirmation of the corresponding payment.
5. Delivery of Digital Products
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products are digital products and no physical delivery is required.
After payment has been confirmed, the download is made available through the customer’s account and/or the corresponding email notification.
6. Updates and Support
The scope of updates and technical support depends on the individual product and is described on the relevant product page.
Purchasing a product does not include unlimited individual technical support unless this is explicitly stated in the product description.
7. Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the products offered through the website functional and to provide accurate information about their compatibility.
Users are responsible for creating appropriate backups of their data and websites before installing or using software.
